At FashionistaTT.com, we're committed to providing you with quality, name brand products and superior customer service. We are located in Republic of Trinidad & Tobago (TT) and ALL prices are in TT dollars (by default BUT you can change prices to a different currency using the dropdown menu at the top-left of the screen).  If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, please use our convenient contact form.

 

Ordering Information:

FashionistaTT.com accepts orders in electronic payment only - Once the currency is in TTD, you can pay through our WiPay payment system.  If the corency selected is USD, then PayPal becomes an additional payment option.  Payment via direct bank-to-bank transfer is an option on a case by case basis - contact us for more information.


Electronic Payment Methods:


Through WiPay, we accept VISA and MasterCard credit and debit cards in TTD currency.


Through PayPal, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express is USD currency.


Order Processing and Shipping:

All orders are processed the same day they are received.  Your credit/debit card is charged that same day and if an item is out of stock, the credit card will be credited for the amount of the item if it cannot be shipped out within 7 days. 

In-stock items ship within 2 business days from when your card is processed.  Some items are shipped directly from the importer/distributor.

Apparel orders are primarily shipped via TTPost Courier and can be expected to arrive within 2 business days.  Please ensure that a valis telephone number is included in your shipping profile as TTPost may need to call you to verify location  Any packages that are not delivered due to your inability to communicate with TTPost will incur a 15% restocking fee.


Returns and Exchanges:

There is a 7-day return policy on all apparel items EXCEPT underwear and bathing suit bottoms.  Some of these items may have wear tabs so that you can visually see the item to determine fitment but cannot try it on. Once these wear tabs are tampered with or removed, the item is not returnable.  Please understand that some items are sealed in the manufacturer's packaging and these wear tabs cannot be installed.  These such items are non-returnable upon purchase.

To return an item, please use the online return form.  Once your request is approved, you will be provided with a return address and RMA # for which to mail the item back to us.  Under special circumstances, an agreed-upon location can be used to return the item.

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE!  

Refunds are processed within 5 days of receipt of returned items.  Depending upon the cycle of your credit card, your credit should appear on your next 1 or 2 statements.
